Laboratory Technician (PPT)

Within this job of a Laboratory Technician (PPT) you will be reporting to the Process Technology Specialist.  Your main duties will be as follows:

• Plan and perform application work in lab on development projects (including the reporting and documentation of results)
• Responsible for cleaning/sanitation and preventive maintenance of the equipment
• Responsible for the warehousing of ingredients and supplies used
• Support with the implementation of GMP (HACCP, Hygiene, Allergen Control, etc.) and Health & Safety rules.
• Create Standard operation and cleaning procedures
• Support factory trials.
