Job Description
Due to continued expansion and promotions within the business, our client; a leader in the building services industry in Malta, requires a Project Scheduling and Implementation Manager to join their team. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Determine and device the department’s strategy;
• Participate in the managerial meetings;
• Coordinate, plan, and lead project implementation;
• Prepare progress reports;
• Deal with any unexpected issues;
• Plan and monitor the departments budget for each project;
• Check employee work schedules and assign duties;
• Provide a career development plan for employees;
• Coach and mentor employees;
• Manage and monitor key performance indicators set for the project schedule and implementation department;
• Undertake employee appraisals within the department;
• Take part in the recruitment process;
• Manage the site activities of all projects;
• Direct the team in meeting client requirements;
• Oversee allocation of resources for each project;
• Monitor and report developments and progress towards deadlines;
• Monitor budgets throughout the progress of projects;
• Lead and oversee all needed resources, both staff requirements and materials/tools from start to finish, keeping in mind project budgets;
• Manage the development of project plans;
• Send regular project reports to the General Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role within the Mechanical and Electrical sector;
• Permission to work within the EU.
