Project Manager

Our client in the Property Development Industry is looking for a Project Manager to join his team. His responsibilities will include:

• Plan and execute projects in accordance with project documentation, budgets, and applicable regulations  
• Collaborate with the external engineer to prepare RFQs or tenders for construction and finishing works, including drawings, specifications, Bills of Quantities, and an outline Project Plan
• Monitor project progress during implementation and update the Project Plan periodically or as needed
• Coordinate with the land surveyor to facilitate site operations
• Oversee site and quantity surveying activities, whether performed by the company, contractors, or external civil engineering and finishing consultants
• Identify opportunities to enhance energy efficiency within the projects
• Ensure all project sites are maintained in a clean and organized condition
• Promptly report and address any issues or deficiencies
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the company

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Flexibility to work varied hours
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams

• Candidates with a project management qualification and experience in engineering services and/or construction will be given preference
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• A valid driver’s license
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental best practices
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office applications
