Transportation Coordinator (Summer Camp 2024)

EF International Language School is currently looking to recruit a Transportation Coordinator (Summer Camp 2024).

The Person

Are you enthusiastic, organized, have a great attention to detail and capable of using your own initiative? Would you like to work with the logistics of our student arrivals & departures as well as private school and activities transportation? Then this might be the job for you!

EF is searching for Transportation Coordinators for our summer program. This would be the perfect job to boost your CV by gaining logistics and operations experience while working in a large international and well known organization globally.

The Role

In this role you will work with a Transportation Manager who has the responsibility of the full transportation program of the summer. You will be ensuring a high level of customer service in the arrival and departure experience, making sure appropriate meet & greet plans have been put in place. You will also assist with making plans, bookings and all necessary arrangements for daily private student transportation.

This is a busy yet rewarding summer job. You will gain invaluable experience in strategic planning, management, logistics and customer service. You will receive in-house training and support and learn how to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Requirements:  

• Organized and multitasker. 
• Detail-oriented and able to work under extreme pressure. 
• Team player that is equally happy sitting and planning as you are being hands-on with the team to get things done. 
• Responsible and flexible. 
• Legally able to work in Malta, to have a Maltese/EU passport or a work permit. 
• Complete fluency in English.

Details:  

• Transportation Manager roles are 9-12 weeks and would cover June, July & August. 
• 6 day per week, fulltime contracts.
