Operative - Brewing

We are currently seeking Operatives with the aim of advancing them to the role of Machinist within one year of joining, contingent upon meeting the necessary core and fundamental skill prerequisites.

The chosen individual(s) will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery in the Brewing divisions of the Operations department, ensuring adherence to established benchmarks for quality and efficiency.

The selected individual will undertake the following responsibilities:

• Operating the plant and its systems, including overseeing processes through control room operations.

• Preparing the plant for various processes by adding raw materials and other ingredients following standard operating procedures.

• Collaborating with and informing supervisors of any emerging faults in accordance with established protocols.

• Assisting in on-site fault troubleshooting and contributing to periodic maintenance as needed.

• Following the sampling schedule across brewing sections in compliance with established protocols.

• Cleaning the brewing machinery, plant, and packaging areas.

If you excel in a team-oriented operations environment, possess a basic understanding of the mechanical field, can adapt to a 3-shift schedule, and have strong English reading, writing, and communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
