Installation Operations Manager

Melita Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Installation Operations Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:

Are you ready for a new challenge? We’re looking for an individual to manage an existing team of coordinators, customer service technicians and installers handling the installation and maintenance of Melita’s internet, television and telephony services installed within our customers’ premises. 

Primary Responsibilities will include:

• To lead, motivate and manage the performance of a technical team
• To liaise with internal and external stakeholders for continuous improvement in quality of service
• To prepare, monitor and report on department budgets
• To ensure that works meet applicable standards and health and safety requirements
• To recommend improvements to operational processes and work specifications
• To provide technical and operational support to the team
• To lead fault investigation and root cause analysis.

Job Requirements:

• Good organisational, communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities
• Ability to adapt and be an advocate for change
• Flexibility to work irregular hours when the need arises
• Ability to read, analyse and compile complex reports
• Have a technical background, ideally related to customer networks and equipment
• The ideal candidate would be a technical professional with several years’ experience in a similar field.
