Job requirements

What you’ll bring:

A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

Proven experience in driver supply management or a similar role in the ride-hailing or logistics industry.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

The ability to build strong relationships and foster positive interactions with drivers.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Expertise in using data analytics tools.
