A leading importer and distributor catering FMCG industry, are looking to recruit a Marketing Communications Specialist to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will be responsible to:

  • Begin with developing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's objectives. This strategy should be detailed, including target markets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and tactics to achieve goals.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring they are coordinated with sales activities for optimal impact. Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales goals.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources to campaigns and initiatives that offer the best return on investment (ROI).
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring they align with the overall marketing plan and maintain brand consistency.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost brand awareness and sales. Analyze the performance of these campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Maintain the company’s brand and corporate identity across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through analytics and reporting. Use these insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Work closely with the design and product development departments, especially during product launches. Ensure seamless communication between marketing and other internal teams.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential strategic partners to expand the company’s marketing reach and influence.
  • Organize and plan pet shows and other related events to promote the company and its offerings.
  • Provide leadership and strategic guidance to drive sales and grow market share in target markets.
  • Work with other departments such as Merchants, Store Operations, and Sales teams to develop and manage effective marketing programs.
  • Keep informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of competitors and improve marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in marketing with FMCG
  • Bachelor's degree or similar certification is given preference
  • Proven experience in Marketing and Evens are a must
