Production Operator

Construct Furniture in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Production Operator to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our production equipment and processes. You will play a crucial role in maintaining quality standards and meeting production targets.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure proper functioning and efficiency
• Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed
• Follow production schedules and prioritise tasks to meet production targets
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and increase productivity.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a production setting.
