Legal Counsel

Job Description
Hili Ventures in Malta is looking to recruit a Legal Counsel to join their Legal Team on a full-time basis. Based in Malta and reporting to the Director of Legal, the Legal Counsel will be responsible for advising the Company and its subsidiaries on various matters, particularly in relation to corporate, commercial, and employment law.

Job Role: 
The successful candidate will have the necessary experience and attributes to work in a fast-paced environment on an international level. The role requires working directly with group companies on commercial agreements, resolving disputes, and undertaking company secretarial duties.

Requirements: 

• The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with at least three years’ experience of legal practice in Malta in relevant fields such as corporate, commercial, employment, and/or civil law, preferably at a leading law firm or multinational company;
• The ideal candidate will be a team player with great communication skills and an eye for detail.
