GDPR Lawyer

Our client, a well known International Audit Firm, is currently looking to recruit a GDPR Lawyer to join their Tax Compliance Services practice. This opportunity would be ideal for a candidate seeking career growth and professional development with an exposure to both local, as well as to multinational and middle market sectors worldwide. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in meeting and managing their legal obligations across unique but ever changing legal specialities.
• Work within a legal team and tackle multiple different areas of law
• Handling and assisting in the formation, dissolution and restructuring of legal structures
• Drafting and review contracts in accordance with the needs of clients
• Drafting and reviewing corporate governance documents
• Conducting legal research in accordance with the needs of the clients
• Liaising with authorities, as well as, other professional services firms to support clients in their operations
• Providing support to the Legal Department as may be necessary
