SOFTSWISS in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer)
Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
Collaborate with and coach Hiring Managers to meet recruitment needs
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Manage the scheduling of the interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers
Keeping up to date with new technological trends and products.
Requirements:
Strong experience in the end-to-end recruitment process within an international company
Experience with various sourcing platforms and job boards
Great communication skills
Solid knowledge of sourcing & interviewing techniques
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, help to investigate and analyze which candidate will be the best fit for each position
Understanding the real interests of candidates and building long-term relationships with them
Business English.
