Our client, a leader in the Insurance Industry is looking for an HR Administrator to join their growing team. Reporting to the HR Manager your duties will include:

  • Undertaking various administrative tasks to facilitate HR operations, encompassing tasks such as new hire onboarding, termination processes, pension administration, government employment documentation, and recruitment and selection assistance. 
  • Assisting the HR department in ensuring smooth operations. 
  • Fulfill any additional duties as directed by Management or the Core team. 
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR management and scheduling systems by promptly entering data related to new hires, departures, and employment changes. 
  • Collaborate efficiently with the HR team to support departmental functions and goals.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: Winter Time: 0745hrs - 1630hrs - Summer Time: 0730hrs - 1500hrs

A 12-month definite contract of employment, possibility to change to indefinite at the end of the 12-month period (subject to business exigencies & performance feedback). 

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in Administration, HR experience would be an asset
  • Excellent level and written and verbal English
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills and effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge in Shireburn Indigo and Sage would be an asset
