We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our new restaurant, Bistro Boca. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, oversee front-of-house and back-of-house activities, and manage a dynamic team of professionals.

1. Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns.
2. Manage, train, and schedule staff while fostering a positive work environment.
3. Oversee food quality, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Monitor budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance to optimize profitability.
5. Organize inventory management, coordinate reservations, and supervise special events.
6. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food presentation and service standards.
7. Support marketing efforts, including promotions and social media campaigns.
