Restaurant Manager

Job Description
Signature Entertainment Group in Malta is the new operator of 3 outlets at Armier Beach being Palm Beach, Mambo Beach, and Baia Beach Resorts in Armier, Mellieha, and they are looking to recruit a Restaurant Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Candidates with the following attributes may apply:

• Manage and ensure the smooth running of all the F&B Outlets, Beach Facilities, and Events by creating schedules to ensure that the Restaurant and Beach Club is well staffed during the required hours;
• Be Assertive and drive all the colleagues accordingly;
• Monitor all purchases and stock taking;
• Systematic, orderly, forward-looking, and attentive to detail;
• Be flexible to respond to a range of different work situations;
• Ability to work under pressure and with diverse personalities of both staff and guests;
• Have a smart and well-groomed appearance;
• Give our guests the best experience and supervise the employees to work with the same initiative;
• Ensure that all the restaurant employees are conversant with the F&B items on the menus, products portions and measures, recipes, and prices;
• Ensure a safe environment for guests and employees.

Requirements:

• Be able to communicate with all guests using a good command of the English language and ensure a good standard of customer service;
• ITS Certification or similar catering college and/or work experience is essential;
• Do possess a valid work permit, a clean police conduct certificate, and a valid food handling certification

*The Restaurant Manager shall report directly to the C.O.O. of Armier Beach. A good salary package and performance-based bonuses are being offered to the right candidate.

Armier Beach: 
Armier Beach Resort is a new concept to transform Armier Bay in Mellieha into a new vibrant destination. We shall be operating the Baia Asian Fusion Restaurant/Bar Lounge Beach Resort in partnership with an International Franchise as well as Palm Beach Resort.
