Profile Overview:
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the position primarily entails the smooth running of the Reservations Department, ensuring that all bookings and data are processed in a timely and accurate manner and made accessible for all departments through the Hotels’ Property Management systems. The Reservations Manager, besides being responsible in overseeing and monitoring the clerical duties of the Reservations Department, is jointly responsible with the Sales & Marketing Manager for the generation of bookings/revenue deriving from the direct foreign and local booking segments. The role includes day-to-day liaising with the Sales Team to control business flow and manage revenues through yielding, to achieve the set revenue targets.
