Porter

Hilton Malta is seeking to recruit Porters to join their team on a full/part-time basis. The selected candidate would work closely with the Front Office and Concierge Team. 

Job Role: 
We are looking for smart and friendly individuals who are willing to be of service and who would give an excellent first impression to our guests when they walk into the hotel as they pass through the lobby area. The selected candidates needs to be willing to work both night and day shifts as would be necessary.
 
Some of the Duties and Responsibilities of a Porter include:

• Welcoming guests to the hotel;
• Carrying the guests’ luggage;
• Providing information about our hotel and its facilities;
• Arranging for taxis;
• Answering guests’ queries.

Requirements: 

• Fluency in English is a requirement;
• Knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset;
• A valid Driving Licence is required.
