Pool Assistant Supervisor

Paradise Bay Hotel Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Pool Assistant Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the swimming pool and surrounding facilities are maintained in a clean, safe, and attractive condition
• Regularly inspect pool equipment and amenities to identify any necessary repairs or maintenance
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of chemicals and supplies needed for pool and beach operations
• Perform minor repairs on pool equipment and assist in the upkeep of all facilities
• Organize and assist with the setup of equipment such as sunbeds, umbrellas, and other amenities to enhance guest experience
• Maintain detailed records of equipment functionality and chemical usage, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and ensure a positive interaction to maintain exceptional service standards
• Collaborate with staff to ensure compliance with county health regulations and internal policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or facility management
• An outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Certification in pool maintenance or lifeguard training will be considered a plus.
