Key Responsibilities of a Restaurant Runner:

• Food Delivery – Transport food from the kitchen to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Order Accuracy – Double-check food orders before delivering them to ensure they match the customer’s request.
• Table Setup & Clearing – Assist in setting up tables, removing dirty dishes, and resetting tables for new guests.
• Customer Assistance – Address guest requests, refill water, and support servers with additional needs.
• Communication – Relay messages between servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination.
• Stock & Cleanliness – Keep service stations stocked with necessary items (cutlery, napkins, condiments) and maintain cleanliness.
• Expedite Orders – Work with chefs and servers to ensure meals are served hot and fresh.
• Support Servers – Help servers with large orders, refilling drinks, or bringing additional items to tables.
