Restaurant and Resort Manager

Job Description
Armier Beach Resort in Malta is looking to recruit a Restaurant and Resort Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Armier Beach Resort is a new concept to transform Armier Bay into a new vibrant destination. The Location is Armier Beach in Mellieha and shall include Palm Beach and Baia Beach Resort.

Responsibilities: 

• Be Assertive and drive all the colleagues accordingly;
• Manage and ensure the smooth running of all the F&B Outlets, Beach Facilities, and Events;
• Develop and update menus with other members of the F&B Team;
• Be flexible to respond to a range of different work situations;
• Give our Guests the best experience and supervise the employees  to work with the same initiative;
• Ensure that the staff is conversant with the F&B items on the menus, product portions and measures, recipes, and prices.

Requirements: 

• Ability to work under pressure in a diverse multicultural team;
• Have a smart and well-groomed appearance;
• Be able to communicate with all guests using a good command of the English language and ensure a good standard of customer service;
• ITS Certification or similar catering college and/or work experience is essential;
• Do possess a valid work permit and have a clean police conduct certificate. Food handling certification is required.

Armier Beach: 
Armier Beach Resort is a new concept to transform Armier Bay in Mellieha into a new vibrant destination. We shall be operating the Baia Asian Fusion Restaurant/Bar Lounge Beach Resort in partnership with an International Franchise as well as Palm Beach Resort.
