Client Manager

A client of ours specialising in Financial and Investment Services, is currently looking to onboard a Client Manager to join their team of professionals:

Duties:

• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and personalised interactions
• Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences
• Communicate investment ideas, that are identified by the Company’s research team, to clients following the investment mandate given by the clients in accordance with their risk and return requirements
• Conduct regular reviews of the clients’ portfolios ensuring alignment with the respective investment mandates and communicate any necessary changes to the clients
• Prepare and present investment recommendations and investment performance reports to clients
• Educate clients on market trends, investment options, and financial planning strategies
• Provide clear explanations of complex financial concepts to help clients make informed decisions
• Provide cover to the trader to execute trades on local and international markets
• Actively embark on a strategy to identify opportunities to grow the firm's client base through networking and investment presentations
• Participate in the firm's regular investment committee and provide feedback received from clients to ensure that any investment gaps are being addressed
• Address and resolve client enquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively
• Liaise with other team members to ensure the Client Management team provides best-in-class support and service to clients
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Keep abreast of industry regulations and updates

• Good understanding of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management
• Must have excellent communication skills in both English and Maltese
• An outgoing personality with the ability to build and nurture strong relationships

• A first degree in finance or its equivalent
