Auditor

WDM International Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Auditor to join their team on a full-time basis.

WDM International is a multi-disciplinary firm offering accounting, audit, tax, corporate and business advisory services.

Job Role:
We are seeking to recruit an individual to join our Audit Department.
The chosen candidate will actively participate in the day-to-day requirements of the department.

The duties will include, but are not limited to:

• assist in executing statutory audits under the supervision of the audit manager
• conduct audit procedures, including validating the accuracy of financial statements and identifying areas of audit risk
• review transactions, documents, records, and reports for accuracy and completeness
• prepare audit working papers
• attend stocktakes
• meet deadlines
• perform additional duties as requested
• assist the Compliance Department with AML requirements.

This position calls for an individual who:

• is motivated, and has strong interpersonal and communication skills
• good command of both written and oral English
• has a pleasant personality
• is proficient in MS Office applications
• can work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• is highly organised and can prioritise work
• can work in a team
• complete tasks promptly.

Candidates shall have 2 years of experience in a similar role, though candidates with less experience may also be considered.
