Mercury Towers Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis.

We now have an opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Accounts Clerk to join our team.

As part of the pre-opening team, the Accounts Clerk is an integral position responsible for handling part of the financial processes of the organization including helping with financial policies, helping with budgets, etc. 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Entering invoice data
  • Payment run
  • Posting of Journal entries
  • Reconciliations
  • Overseeing the purchase order system
  • Handling financial administrative tasks 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Knowledge of financial regulations
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
