Real Estate Consultant (Letting)

QuickLets is seeking energetic, organised, and sales-driven individuals to join our team as full-time Letting Specialists. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume market and enjoy building strong relationships between property owners and prospective tenants.

With no prior real estate experience required, this opportunity is well-suited to career starters or career changers who bring excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to work. We provide full training, continuous support, and all the tools needed to succeed in Malta’s dynamic rental sector.

Commission-based role only — no fixed monthly salary

Coordinate rental processes from inquiry to contract signing

Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and team members

Work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with autonomy and flexibility
