Job Description

Our client is looking for a Property Administrator to join their team. This role involves managing administrative tasks related to real estate development, supporting the CEO, project teams, and real estate agents in ensuring smooth operations across development sites, property sales, and rental management.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage administrative requirements with authorities.
Coordinate with project architects on necessary documentation.
Promote properties for sale and maintain relationships with real estate agents.
Handle customer care for both sold and rental properties.
Oversee rental management, including tenant relations and rent collection.
Attend point of sale and contract signings on behalf of the developer.
Assist the CEO with various administrative duties.

Requirements

Experience working within the property/real estate industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Experience working with clients.
Valid driving licence and own car.
Fluency in English.
Must be already based in Malta.
