Foster Clark Products Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Sales Planning & Data Analyst (BA) to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job role:
Reporting to the Global Sales Director, the primary focus of the role is to support sales and business with accurate and up-to-date reporting and analytics, ensuring reporting systems are in place and systems are maintained with consistent and accurate data. The core part of the role is to ensure proper sales planning processes are in place, future reporting development progress as well as supporting and leading the sales team by driving the development of system knowledge and analytical skills.

Key Accountabilities:
PowerBI Sales reporting development;

  • Ensuring sales master database maintenance, updates, and data import on time
  • Developing and regularly updating standard reports and dashboards in PowerBI
  • Liaise with ICT and other stakeholders to ensure data integrity in PowerBi in line with ERP
  • Driving automation of sales reporting (i.e., sales performance, KPIs, etc.)  while maintaining consistency and accuracy of data
  • Providing regular and ad hoc reporting to senior sales heads.

Process mapping and Sales SOP maintenance, development, and automation;

  • Mapping business processes to identify areas of possible automation potential within the sales department
  • Developing, providing visibility, and maintaining SOPs within the sales department in line with company policies
  • Identify and lead system-related projects along with IT to help the sales function to coordinate the business with senior sales management, other departments, and customers
  • Supporting company internal and external audits through liaising with key stakeholders i.e., quality or finance.

Forecasting and budgeting;

  • Drive and improve the sales forecasting process within the department in line with company standards
  • Monitor and check the consistency of information provided by Sales for the rolling budgets
  • Ensuring accurate updates of data in the rolling budget on a monthly basis and updates in ERP
  • Prepare requirements for key budget updates and deliver summaries for management approval
  • Support A&P forecasting through ERP.

Leadership, coaching, and training;

  • Continuous training and coaching of Sales Associates and Sales Managers in terms of PowerBi, ERP usage, and ICT systems/applications
  • Drive simplification and automation of tasks related to the sales calendar by influencing and connecting with the Sales team, ensuring on-time tasks delivery and input accuracy
  • Managing Sales Data Coordinator ensuring priority setting, attention to detail, and personal development.


Ideal Candidate profile:
Education;

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in sales, marketing, business administration, finance, or a relevant field;

Experience;

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in the FMCG sector with experience in customer service, order processing, data management, and reporting.
