We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to work on day basis offering customer support mainly over the phone and going out of their way to help with customers’ queries.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries and/or complaints
Communicating with customers through phone, email, social media and live chat.
Give customers appointments for their vehicle maintenance at the company’s workshop.
Participate in the processes that are required for the workshop to offer an excellent service.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements:
Have an O-Level standard of education.
Be fluent in Maltese and English language.
Be computer literate
Have some experience working with customer support.
Working Hours
Week 1: 07.30hrs till 16.15hrs
Week 2: 08.00hrs till 17.00hrs
