Our client is a local Financial Institution who operates in the payments area. As they are growing they would like to employ a Customer Service Coordinator who will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
The Role
You will support customers and team members with any queries they might have about the company's products
You work jointly with the team in order to resolve customer queries (typically via email) in an accurate way
Be in a position to provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationships, while always working within the parameters set in the company policies and procedures
You will coordinate, analyse and improve customer service functions to meet company goals and liase with other Teams and Departments
