Customer Service Associate

Job Description
Toly Products Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Customer Service Associate to join their team on a full-time basis. We are seeking to recruit highly enthusiastic Customer Service Associates, who will work in close collaboration to support our sales offices across the world.  This role is the link between very reputable international customers and our manufacturing plants and will primarily involve the coordination of sales orders and managing requests with a high level of customer service.

The key responsibilities include:

• Liaising with sales offices, customers, and manufacturing plants to make sure sales orders are produced and delivered on time.
• Confirming and placing orders into the appropriate system. Coordinating all activities to achieve a high level of OTIF.
• Following up the process from production to delivery.
• Providing first-class sales and customer support.
• Optimising reorder opportunities to achieve good sales volumes.
• Other general administrative work. 

Requirements: 

• The ideal candidate would be a graduate, preferably with some experience in a similar role.  
• S/he would need to have excellent English, both verbal and written, any working knowledge of Italian would be considered an asset.
• S/he would need to be proficient in Windows Office applications and possess good numeric skills.
• Additionally, candidates must have a hands-on approach to problem-solving and have great interpersonal and communication skills.
