Job Role: 
As a Customer Care professional at Nestlé, you play a dynamic role by being the first point of contact for consumers, visitors, and clients of Nestlé Consumer Centre as well as Nestlé Malta Head Office. Key responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the Nestlé Collect Scheme and all related member activities such as registration, the redemption of gifts, collection of points, recording of transactions, and updating of members’ accounts.
  • Handle internal & external calls and requests ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction. 
  • Address issues and inquiries from loyalty scheme members through social media, calls, as well as face-to-face interactions.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to the Nestlé Collect Scheme and any other brand/company-related initiatives as required.
  • Help organize and set up any workshops/events held either at the Nestlé Consumer Center or elsewhere.
  • Prepare Hampers and other related promotional items for internal & external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the Nestlé Consumer Centre is always up-to-standard and well maintained, be it through premises as well as stocks for members’ redemption. 
  • Other duties which may be deemed appropriate for the role assigned.

Key Capabilities:

  • Be a team player.
  • Have a good understanding of customer relations.
  • Have a digital understanding of social media.
  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (email, excel, word, ppt…).
  • Have a solution-driven mindset.

Education and experience:
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with a customer-facing role.
  • Relevant diploma/years of experience in general administration, secretarial duties, or similar education.
  • Knowledge of Nestlé products and customer environment is an asset.
  • Fluent in English and Maltese, any other language is a plus.
