Business Development and Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are a thriving outsourcing company specializing in the hospitality industry, active since 2021. With over 100 employees deployed and a diverse portfolio of 20+ clients, we are now looking to scale to the next level.

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and experienced individual to take a key leadership role in restructuring our operations and driving growth. You will play a pivotal role in:

• Restructuring and Optimizing Team Operations: Evaluate and enhance the efficiency of our existing structure, which currently includes a coordinator, HR officer, payroll officer, and account clerk, all managed by the director.
• Business Development: Leverage your connections within the industry to grow our client portfolio and secure contracts, bringing new opportunities to the table.
• Sales and Negotiations: Drive revenue growth by selling hours and identifying new business opportunities, ensuring a steady pipeline of clients.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational workflows, client relationships, and overall company performance.
