A new role as a Compliance Senior Executive – iGaming is now available with a key client of ours:
Duties:
Managing the day-to-day support and responsible gaming functions within the organization.
Assisting with the development of responsible gaming policies and procedures and assessing implementation by licensees through reviews of audits in line with set standards.
Maintaining up-to-date risk rating of all Licensees and ensuring that all issues are logged in according to procedures.
Coordinating awareness campaigns by conducting awareness programs and training with both internal and external stakeholders on the different elements of Responsible Gaming and Player Protection.
Conduct research and stay current with trends in Responsible Gaming.
Supervise the Player Support Unit and ensure those player complaints are addressed in a timely manner.
Monitoring the performance of Player Support and Responsible Gaming officers, whilst ensuring individual development through periodic reviews and day-to-day coaching.
Provide regular updates to Senior Management and relevant Committees, as required by the business.
Attending conferences and fora which are relevant to Player protection, as required by the business.
