AML/CFT & Compliance Administrator

Our client, a local renowned CSP is looking to hire an AML/CFT & Compliance Administrator to join their Compliance team.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the process of accepting new clients, especially by leading and executing the client on boarding process
• Carrying out jurisdiction risk assessments
• Carrying out customer risk assessments
• Collecting information and documentation for the purpose of conducting customer due diligence
• Assisting in the undertaking of internal compliance reviews
• Organizing and maintaining the upkeep of physical and electronic files
• Carrying out ongoing monitoring in respect of existing clients
• Supporting client facing staff with the attainment of documents and information as may be required from clients
• Assisting with the preparation of internal and external AML/CFT as well as compliance related reports
• Assisting with the day to day administration requirements within the department
• Assisting in the implementation and development of the company's compliance monitoring program
• Any additional duties which may be assigned by the Head of Department
