Housekeeping Supervisor
Mallard Co. Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis.
Applicants already living in Malta will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating daily schedules for room attendants
- Inspecting rooms, floors, and areas assigned by the Housekeeper
- Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required
- Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service
- Provide training to the housekeeping staff
- Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed
- Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed
- Constant communication with Front Office to ensure that rooms are inspected in time for arrival
- Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages
- Report any faults to the maintenance department and follow them up Requirements:
- Experience within a similar role will be considered an asset
- Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
