Apco Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Technical Operations Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis.

THE POSITION:
The ideal candidate will be reliable and organised. Based in Malta and working alongside the heads of department, the Technical Operations coordinator will provide high-level support to management and to the automation, security, and administrative teams through the performance of a variety of tasks related to administration, scheduling, communication, and coordination.
The Technical Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and professional operation of the Company, including daily operational activities, logistics, as well as customer success.

Duties include scheduling and coordinating tasks for technicians, logging support calls, processing and validating time track records, preparing monthly reports, maintaining the company’s service management tools and assisting the technical teams with their day-to-day requirements.
The Technical Operations Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for managing service and support requests through a range of channels, investigating, escalating, and following up as required.
The Technical Operations Coordinator will also handle first-line support and will manage the processing of documentation.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will have:

  • At least two years of experience in operations and/or office administration
  • Knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office Applications is required
  • Knowledge of H&S regulations and administrative procedures is desirable
  • The candidate should be customer-focused, proactive, attentive to detail and able to work effectively in a team environment.
