About the Role: Our Talent & Culture Department is a dynamic and committed team that builds the culture and takes care of our people, with having a passion steering the wheel. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent & Culture Administrator. In this role, you will handle essential administrative tasks related to employee documentation, work permits, onboarding, and T&C compliance. You will be the key point of contact for ensuring that all HR records are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements, particularly within the hospitality industry.

Following duties will be part of your day:

  • Managing identita portal, process work permits ,visa requirements,and other relevant documentation related to work permit
  • Managing the Skillspass portal and guiding team members
  • Handle onboarding documents and manage the engagement and termination process
  • Update and maintain the HR database and Talexio with accurate employee details, ensuring all records are current
  • Update the notice board with relevant information and announcements
  • Patrol team member’s areas, to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
  • Manage the company’s Facebook page for team members by posting employee birthdays, internal events, and announcements
  • Manage office requisitions as needed
  • Takes care of name tag and uniform records
  • Provide administrative support for the Talent & Culture team, including preparing reports and documentation as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Talent & Culture Business Partner.

Desirable qualifications:

  • Experience in Human Resource department
  • Familiarity with work permits, onboarding processes, and HR compliance
  • Proficiency in using databases (knowledge of the Skillspass portal is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge in Talexio is an asset.
