We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join AMSM as a Sales Administrator within our Sales and Marketing Department on a full-time basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide administrative support to the Brand Managers and Field Sales Supervisors with particular emphasis on timely, professional assistance and quality of service.

• Prepare excel reports, attend meetings, take minutes, prepare correspondence, carry out word-processing, and maintain up-to-date computer-based records. 

• Take and process sales orders in a timely manner.

 

YOUR PROFILE

• Secondary Level of Education 

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office – especially Word & Excel

• Good command of both English and Maltese

• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail

• Team-player

• Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision

The Alf Mizzi & Sons (Marketing) Group operates in the field of sales, distribution, and marketing of a wide range of food and allied grocery products primarily to the retail sector (supermarkets, grocers, etc.) and also to the foodservice sector. All products are purchased through three subsidiary purchasing companies: Zachary Ltd, Foodfinders Ltd, and Alfoods Ltd and are divided into 3 temperature regimes – ambient, chilled and frozen – each having different storage and distribution arrangements. The company operates from its state-of-the-art, custom-built premises at Zachary House in Marsa, which includes offices and warehouses.
