A new role as an Administrative Assistant - Receptionist, is now available. Your responsibilities will include:
Answer telephone call in a professional and polite way and directs the caller to the appropriate associate
Send online ticket to employee’s mailbox when the employee is not available to respond
Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location company fax numbers, company website and other related information
Greets and directs visitors.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
Answer inquiries made at the desk
Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services
Coordinate all outgoing mail and log all mail
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
As an integral member of the organization, work closely with every other member of the staff to ensure efficient and friendly operation of the front desk
Assists with other related clerical duties or any other task as directed by the Deputy CEO and COO.
Skill-sets and Requirements
Able to work on own initiative
Well organized
Education & Experience
Diploma Level of Education (MQF Level 5) is a must
At least 2 years prior experience in a customer care related role
