Receptionist / HR Coordinator

Premier Restaurants Malta Ltd, the operator of nine McDonald’s restaurants across the Maltese Islands, is looking to recruit a Receptionist/HR Coordinator to support the head office and restaurants in the day-to-day operations across the company.

The Position:
Based in Malta and reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Receptionist/HR Coordinator will be required to assist the daily running of the head office while supporting the HR function. The candidate will be the first point of contact with visitors at Premier Restaurants Malta. Other duties will include managing the reception desk, screening calls, greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative and clerical support.

The selected candidate will also act as a Coordinator, responsible for managing the onboarding process while creating new employee files for new hires. The Receptionist/ HR Coordinator will also support the HR Department in organising employee activities and events. The role involves providing support to restaurants and head office teams on matters related to HR issues.

The Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have an ‘O\' level standard of education;
• The successful candidate will demonstrate good communication skills and a supporting team-building personality;
• Fluency in English is a requirement, whereas knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset.
