Our client is looking to join their growing team and employ a Logistics Clerk. Serving as a ling between the company and third parties your responsibilities for this role are: 

  • Providing administrative support
  • Documentation and maintaining of records
  • Preparing logistics reports
  • Handling correspondences
  • Making sure data is being kept updated following logistical procedures

Working hours are Monday to Friday between 8:00hrs and 16:30hrs

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Good command of the Maltese language is a must
  • Must perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
Education & Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset
  • Must be computer literate and have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • In possession of an MQF level 3 or 4 qualification
