Centrecom is looking for Hybrid Front Desk Agents to help with any administrative and customer service tasks such as assisting customers face-to-face and over the phone, and providing support with any queries or complaints.

Candidates will be assigned to on-site locations across Malta's North, Central, and South regions. This position is based on either 40 or 30 hours per week and rostered between Monday and Saturday.

This position calls for a responsible and diligent candidate to join our highly motivated and professional team of Front Desk and Contact Centre personnel, who share the same passion for work.

Selected candidates will be scheduled to work from different locations close to their residing area when they are requested to replace other representatives. 

You will be offered an incentive allowance plus an attractive performance bonus over and above your annual salary.

Training will be provided and delivered on a full-time basis during office hours from our head office in Mosta and selected candidates will also receive on-the-job exposure sessions.

Requirements.

  • Excellent computer skills, preferably in possession of an ECDL certificate.
  • Fluency in both Maltese and English, both spoken and written, is a must.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to work on their own initiative with limited supervision.
