Hi Fly Malta, an airline based in Malta and operating worldwide with an Airbus fleet, specialized in the supply of commercial aircraft with crew, maintenance, and insurance included (ACMI/Wet Leasing), is recruiting Flight Operations Assistant.
Main tasks:
- Provide the first line of support to the Nominated Person Flight Operation;
- Maintain and create numerous files of performance assessment and monitoring on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, using MS Office Tools;
- Use different software for crew management and aircraft control purposes;
- Perform updates on internal publications and manuals, liaising with different teams;
- Keep track and organize Flight/Cabin Crew documents;
- Send out regular Internal Communication and maintain the necessary acknowledgments;
- Correctly archive information provided by other departments and feed their respective charts;
- Update the company’s Portal with relevant information.
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field;
- Strong organizational and analytical skills;
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (particularly Access, Word, and Excel);
- Experience in the aviation industry (preferably);
- Fluent in both written and spoken English (mandatory).
