Customer Success Representative

Bookia / Tableo (Malta, EU) is a fast-growing company currently looking to recruit Customer Service Representatives to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role: 

Providing support to our customer base via Phone, Email, Live Chat and in person if required 

• Make sure the customer receives top-quality service 
• Guide our customers on how to make any bookings online 
• Help the customers in any query they come across.

Skills and Requirements: 

• Must be residing in Malta 
• Must have excellent communication and Customer Service skills 
• Friendly personality 
• Candidates must be IT literate 
• Fluent in business English 
• Native Spanish speaker.

*This role is on a shift basis where working days can be from Monday to Sunday at any time between 9 AM and 7:30 PM.
