Administrative and Teaching Assistant (French speaking)

Our client, operating in the Education sector, is actively searching for an Administrative & Teaching Assistant to join their growing business in Malta! Reporting to the French Program Director, the chosen candidate will be responsible for:

• Making the necessary travel arrangements for teachers' stays in Malta, including flights & accommodation
• Assisting with the preperation of courses & examinations, teaching schedules and any required documentation such as copies of examinations, transcripts, portfolio, etc
• Assisting with the management of students on campus including monitoring & updating attendance records, contacting students whenever they are absent, providing any assistance whenever they are sick or as required
• Monitoring & following up on the payment of tuition fees
• Supporting teaching staff with any additional administrative tasks as required

• Excellent command of both French & English is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

• A' Level Standard of Education
• Proven experience in a similar or administrative role would be a must
• Knowledge/use of a schooling/planning software would be ideal
