Build and maintain relationships with employers, partners, and stakeholders to secure placement opportunities.
Coordinate and manage placement activities, including student/employment placements, internships, and work experience programs.
Act as a liaison between candidates and employers to ensure effective matching of qualifications, skills, and job requirements.
Organize and conduct pre-placement activities such as orientation sessions, welcome meetings, and resume reviews.
Monitor and evaluate placement progress, gathering feedback from employers and candidates to ensure successful outcomes.
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, data entry, and document preparation.
Maintain accurate records of placement activities, candidate details, and employer contacts.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and workshops related to placements and organizational initiatives.
Provide general support to various departments, including filing, scheduling, and responding to inquiries.
Serve as the primary point of contact for placement-related inquiries.
Ensure timely and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Promote placement opportunities through various channels, including social media.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures related to placements and other business activities.
Requirements
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience
A’ Level standard or Diploma in Business Administration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database management.
Knowledge of the Maltese language is essential for this position
