Junior/Senior Accountant

Quantum Business Services Limited in Malta is looking to recruit  Junior/Senior Accountants to join their team on a full-time basis. The  Junior/Senior Accountants will be expected to work on a portfolio of clients, both local and international.

Responsibilities include:

• Sales ledger, purchase ledger, and nominal ledger data inputting;
• Bank reconciliations;
• Debtors and creditors reconciliations;
• VAT compliance & Reporting;
• Assisting in Financial Reporting;
• Maintaining accounting schedules;
• Other ad hoc tasks and reporting depending on the qualifications and experience.

• Have a good command of Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word, etc;
• Be fluent in English while a good command of Italian or another language will be considered an asset;
• Be proactive and take initiative.

• Applicants must have completed a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent or be in his/her initial stages of ACCA;
• Previous Experience in a similar role would be considered as an asset
