Financial Accountant

An acquiring Bank is currently on the lookout for a Financial Accountant to join their team

Duties include: 

• Assistance in the preparation of flux analysis and its interpretation to support the preparation of Board packs and Group Reporting
• Assistance in the preparation of the annual financial projections and other engagements
• Assistance in other ad hoc financial reporting and analysis for management, and other internal & external stakeholders
• Assistance in the analysis of accounting implications of key strategic initiatives and projects
• Working with other departments across to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Ad hoc project support to the VP Finance & Regulatory Reporting

• A minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience gained in a Big 4 Firm preferably in audit)
• Conversant with IFRS accounting principles coupled with experience in financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications with strong experience in Excel
• Fluency in both written and spoken English

• Fully Qualified through ACCA
