Accounts Executive (Payroll)

We are looking for an analytical and highly diligent Accounts Executive with a specific focus on Payroll to join our growing team at Payroll Malta. You will be reporting directly to the Project Leader and your duties will include:

• Payroll calculations for a portfolio of clients
• Migrations and parallel runs
• Adhoc Reporting
• Jobsplus Management 
• Leave Management
• Time & Attendance
• Issuing invoices
• Processing Salary Payments
• Processing FS5 Payments

Requirements

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and written and spoken English

Education and Experience

• An A’ Level standard of education
• Knowledge of payroll software, mainly Shireburn or Talexio, as well as strong knowledge in Maltese employment law will be considered an asset
• Professional proficiency in excel is a must
• A minimum of 2 years experience in Administration, Accounts or Payroll is required
