Accounts Clerk

Our client, operating within the Real Estate industry is looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk to manage their day-to-day bookkeeping:

Responsibilities:

• Recording purchasing transactions in the accounting system
• Verifying and checking the accuracy of purchasing documents
• Performing supplier reconciliations
• Tracking vendor’s payments
• Processing payments accordingly
• Be in constant communication with the purchasing department to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Posting and filing of invoices
• Assisting with the preparation of annual statements
• Carrying out other ad-hoc reporting as may be required

• Previous local experience in accounting
• Fluent in written and spoken English
