Capital Pest Control in Malta is looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis. The candidate will be responsible for accounts computation, assisting with customer care, and other office duties
His/Her main duties will be:
- Carrying out day to day accounting entries, invoicing, and posting;
- Posting in accounting ledgers and other entries;
- Preparing reconciliations and cash deposits;
- Dealing with debtor collection and payments schedules;
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls and emails regarding both accounts and customer care.
Minimum Requirements:
- Good communication skills combined with certification in English and Maltese as well as ECDL are required;
- The candidate is expected to be able to work with minimum supervision and under pressure and meet company deadlines;
- Knowledge of Sage Accounting Software applications will be considered an asset;
- Be meticulous and able to priorities work;
- The right salary will be offered depending on experience.
